1. Can I take it with my vitamins, supplements?
Yes, absolutely!
2. Can I generally take with medications?
Yes, but you should always consult your doctor or health care provider first.
3. Will they cause diarrhea, bloating, gas, or other digestive distress?
They generally don't, although it is possible in the first few days while your body is adjusting. Lower your dosage if you experience any of the above symptoms or other digestive discomfort.
4. Can I take if I am pregnant, breast feeding or attempting to get pregnant?
Yes, but you should always consult your doctor or health care provider first.
5. What is the best time of day to take?
Generally about 30 minutes before meals. The capsules provide maximum effectiveness when they don't interfere with stomach acid that is produced after eating.
6. What is the recommended dosage?
If your stomach is particularly sensitive, start with 1 capsule 30 minutes before breakfast and then again 30 minutes before dinner. If you don't experience any discomfort after the first few days, you can up the dosage to two capsules twice daily before meals.
8). Do they need to be refrigerated?
No, but it's always best to keep them around room temperature and away from the sun. Store them in a cool place such as a pantry or cabinet.
9). How should I store the probiotics?
Keep them where you keep other vitamins or wherever you will be reminded to take them. The kitchen is usually a pretty good spot.
